What a wonderful weekend! I hope everybody had the chance to head outside and catch some of that fantastic sunshine.

As all of you know, for the past week and a half or so we’ve been working on mobility at the beginning of class. I’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback, and so the plan is to continue that current trend. For those of you curious, I’ve gotten the majority of my information from a book by Kelly Starrett called The Supple Leopard. If you like the stuff we’ve been doing, I highly suggest picking up a copy. It runs about $50 (give or take). If you’re really interested, and The Supple Leopard isn’t enough, feel free to reach out. I have a few other books I’m picking through that I’d be more than happy to recommend.

Furthermore, something you all are undoubtedly dying to hear, only two more weeks of “Murph Prep”. Raise those wine glasses and toast your neighbor, Murph is almost here! On Memorial Day we’ll be running one class of Murph–the time has yet to be determined, but I’ll keep you updated. Last year we also did a potluck right after everybody finished, a celebratory meal. I’d love to do that again if everybody is up for it. Again, more details to follow.

Lastly, I’m going to be out from Friday to Tuesday (15th-19th). But no worries! Classes will run as normal.
