Our curriculum is based on building a solid foundation first, which means we want every athlete in our gym to be well rounded, strong, balanced, mobile, and energized. We’ll make sure that you’ll not only become a better athlete in the gym, but a healthier, happier, and more functional athlete in life!
Classes (60 minutes) are ages 17+ and include a warm up, skill work to build functional strength, a metabolic workout of the day (WOD) and a cool down/mobility work. The CrossFit program is a strength and conditioning system based on constantly varied, functional movements, executed at a relative high intensity. It combines gymnastics, metabolic conditioning (“cardio”), power and Olympic weightlifting into one exercise routine.
Classes (60 minutes) are open to all current members of Jab CrossFit. The class focuses solely on the Olympic Lifts (Clean and Jerk, Snatch) and their accessory movements. Class also focuses on mobility: stretches and exercises designed to help our athletes loosen up their joints and muscles. Great for athletes familiar with Olympic Lifting and those who have never picked up a barbell before.
School or select teams looking for age appropriate, sports performance, and strength and conditioning programs for the off season can register for private group classes! Our schedule is limited so sign ups are season by season and a first come – first serve basis. Contact us if you want more information!
