REGULAR CLASS SCHEDULE


New Athlete Orientations:

***Please contact us to schedule your Orientation Class before joining your 1st group class. Orientation classes are available by appointment outside of regular class times.***

 

HEALTH COACHING & PAIN PREVENTION SESSIONS:

Monday / Friday: 7:30am-9:30am, 11am-12pm

Tuesday: 2pm-5:30pm

Wednesday: 7:30am-9:30am, 11am-3pm

 

 

*A Note About Our Schedule:

Currently our CrossFit classes are primarily offered in the morning/noon/early evening. We hope to be able to expand to offer additional classes in the future. If our current schedule works for you, then we’d be happy to have you check us out. If not, we understand, and hope you can find another CrossFit gym to train at 🙂
