Currently our CrossFit classes are primarily offered in the morning/noon/early evening. We hope to be able to expand to offer additional classes in the future. If our current schedule works for you, then we’d be happy to have you check us out. If not, we understand, and hope you can find another CrossFit gym to train at 🙂

Free Orientation Schedule

Monday / Friday: 7:45-9:30am, 10:45-12:30pm

Tuesday: 9:30am-10:30am, 12:00-12:45pm, 4:15 – 5pm

Thursday: 12:00-12:45pm, 4:15 – 5pm

Wednesday: 7:45-9:30am, 10:45-5pm

Sunday: 9:30-10:30am
