Our coaches want to provide every opportunity we can for people at our gym to enjoy life on their own terms. We believe every person is different and everyone’s journey towards a healthy and vibrant life is also different. Many things can get in the way of our health, and for each individual these obstacles and challenges rarely look the same. But there is one thing that all of us share: we don’t have to do it alone.

Health coaching is an evidence based program that empowers people to make the changes they want to see happen in their lives. Its methods are based off the most current research around the science of human habits and how to help people change their lifestyle behaviors. Changes that break off negative habits and build the ones that brings them joy, happiness, health, and fulfillment.


What To Expect

Sessions (30-45minutes)

A coach will work with you one on one in a space that is a free and open so you can explore what matters most to you without judgement or guilt. They will compassionately and attentively listen to your goals and work with you to develop a reasonable plan to achieve them. Health coaches will support you throughout the process and help you adjust to unexpected obstacles along the way.

Health coaches are not licensed therapists, counselors psychiatrists, or physicians. They are not registered dietitians or chronic disease educators. Often times they work alongside these health care providers to enable a holistic and well rounded treatment program for patients. Health coaches cannot diagnose, prescribe, or provide a treatment plan.
